Problems ordering Taylor Swift merch help!

I've ordered some bits from here for my daughter's birthday, not cheap but obviously a special occasion, but nothing has arrived! It's been two weeks now and I'm so worried, firsly that it'll be too late for her birthday (mid December) and secondly that it's a scam website and I'll never receive anything! I cant find a phone number to ring and only get automated replies when I email. Has anyone had any experience with this website and can help me?? Thank you

if it’s from the holiday drop please don’t worry , orders have been all over the place!
I am getting a delivery ( tracked out for today) from the original night of the holiday drop and friends have received the same already , some people are having Benjamin the folklore cat with tracking set for the 10th of December, my vinyl case came yesterday ! As long as you have a order number you can message UMG and follow up on orders , they will email reply and there is a option for live chat too.
