Compact newborn pram that really blocks wind?

I’m looking for a pram that lasts from newborn to toddler but understand if I can’t have it all! we have a small house and limited storage. We live by the sea, so it needs to cope with cold, wind, and uneven paths.

I’ve ruled out the YOYO (wheels too flimsy), but I like the idea of something enclosed for wind protection and compact enough to fold for a small hall or car boot.

The yoyo wheels only look flimsy. We've given ours a really good beating including a lot of off road and cobbles and it's doing better than most of the other buggies in my friendship group, including the ones with tyres. The bassinet is great at keeping them snug, and the new born pack is brilliant after about 4 months when they want to see out but aren't really ready to sit.
