Is VAT or Customs duties payable?

Hi,

Does anyone know if you purchase goods from RitoHobby if VAT /customs duty apply when the good arrive in the UK?

I'm not an expert but I'm pretty sure it depends on the value of the goods/where they are coming from rather than each seller having their own rule (I'm assuming Ritohobby is the name of the retailer rather than a place)
