Anyone recommend a double buggy - age gap will be 12 months

My 2nd DC is due in November so I am starting the research the double buggy as this will be inevitable as my 1st DD will only just be 1 when no2 comes along.
With such a small age gaps, I guess I will probably need the double for quite a long time, so want to get it right.
Anyone got any suggestions or experiences to share?

I've used a jane powertwin for a 19m age gap and it's been great. It's bulky - if you're considering it for a boot - we never have, just school run and out and about in local area. I've loved it, have used it pretty much everyday since we bought it. def worth the money we spent on it

I can highly recommend both the Powertwin and the Phil and Teds twin side by side. Would say though that the Phil and Teds would swing it for me for your age gap as the they can both have a nap at the same time, the front seat on the Powertwin doesn't recline much and I personally wouldn't be happy to let my 12 month old sleep at the front. Otherwise I'd say its the most perfect double there is, especially if you use it with the Rebel car seat so your youngest can face you!!

i have a mountain buggy & its fantastic! both seats recline so both can sleep comfortable has 2 baskets underneath so you can put a fair bit in them. has the p&t but have found this much better.

P&T worked brilliantly for us (11.5 month age gap).
