Flat heeled slouchy non suede knee high boots

My 17 yo wants these for Christmas. I cannot find them anywhere. Flat because she is conscious of her height. Dark brown, grey or black. Non suede because she will ruin suede wearing in the wet. Any pointers? She definitely wants slouchy.

I always want flat and slouchy too. I haven’t found any for years. Very interested to hear if anyone has suggestions
