a boy who likes hooking

Do you have any suggestions for a gift/toy for a boy - turning 3 - who loves to hook things onto things. [cast eyes up!] He loves pieces of string and anything with hooks on. I like them, cos it keeps him busy for ages! .

Any ideas for a toy? (Doubt it, but worth a try).

Playmobil crane(The Entertainer was selling them for£30) and helicopters have hooks on. One of mine is exactly the same so he has both however dp did say why didn't we just buy him a pack of hooks from Homebase would have saved a fortune!!!!!!
