HELP!! Desperate for Office workwear update for new Manager position!!

So as the title states... I've only gone and got the managers job... but that now leaves me with the dreaded need to LOOK the part (me 36f UK - detests clothes shopping, would rather pull hair out of the plug hole!)
Where do you buy your office/smart/casual looks from, and where would I buy a nice pair of wide leg pleated/tailored trousers.

I've moved onto smart clothes with trainers in my last place, hoping to carry that forward in the next place. I can't/won't do heels... comfort over style all day, but I still want to look the part.

Are there any budding personal shoppers out there who want to help share some inspo and some ideas?
