Big boobie swimsuit

I've just returned from my (very limited) local shops after trying to buy a swimming costume. I've got a 5-month-old DD who I'm bf and consequently have big milky boobs - size 36F. All the swimsuits I tried on - which were only fashion store ones - have my boobs spilling out all over.

Where do big boobied ladies buy their cossies? I'm going to have to buy online. Iwant something supportive, not too mumsy. Preferably prettyish rather than sporty. I need a morale boost!

Bravissimo or Figleaves. Also Brastop, apparently similar stuff to the first 2, but cheaper.

Bravissimo
Figleaves
Brastop.

Thanks. Which brand? I was pretty slender and small of boob before the baby so I don't know which makes are good for bigger babes.

They tend to sell them by cup size, so do a search, see what there is in your size, order tons with the intention of sending all but one (maybe even all) back, until you find the one (not that I have yet, but I'm still trying). Or, if you can get to a Bravissimo, you could try some on in rl.

any brand that does cup sized suits in a 36F will be fine

susiemj · 02/06/2008 16:01

I've never had a cup-sized suit before. I didn't know they existed. Thanks.

Does anyone know if M+S suits are any good?

Bravissimo do one in a range of colours that has a tummy flattening panel - very useful for me - it's not that easy to get in and out of, but it looks fab on! Think they've got the pink one in the sale so not too pricey either.

susiemj · 03/06/2008 16:02

Thanks. Found thread. Is it ok to rder a couple to try, do you think?

Yes - essential - order loads, and see what works, and send what doesn't work back. Only way, imo. ARe you sure of your cup size? If you haven't been measured properly recently, might be worth trying to visit a Bravissimo in rl.
