Anyone have links to any of these with this safety feature for use as a pe bag to lessen strangulation risk please? Thanks

My experience of these is that the quick release connectors release all the time, making them useless. You'll just end up tying the strings when they've separated for the fifth time when walking to school.

Thanks-does sound annoying. Still grateful for where to buy though as I’m paranoid!

Why do you think there is a strangulation risk?
Don’t most kids carry them like a backpack with the strings going over their shoulders?

ETA: Have you ever heard of a case where a child has been strangled by their PE bag?

Just feels like they’re basically a noose!

You put the straps over your shoulders just like a rucksack. I don't see them as risky at all if you use them properly.

Will your dc be carrying the bag every day? Our kids can leave pe kit hanging on their peg until it's smelly or dirty. With my kids they only thought it necessary to bring theirs home at the end of term!

Thanks-just choosing one so though it might as well have safety feature if it existed.
