Wasn't it in April, or was that a different sale? I bough a couple of heavily discounted pairs for ds1 about a month ago.

Most summer sales start at the end of June don't they? all the lovely newborn stuff that I bought for my early June baby last year went on sale a few weeks after her birth...in an annoying fashion!

Is that why the very nice lady in Clarks yesterday advised me to buy new shoes for DD in a few weeks time, rather than now They're usually so keen to take money from you I thought it odd she didn't start bringing out boxes there and then

having worked in retail before children summer sales usually start in the last week of June, so prob next weekend.

Just called my nearest one, they confimed the children's sale started today.

Will take DD there straight from nursery, if it's worth a look.

Am back!

They ave lots of sandals for girls, lots of trainers for boys-seemed to be more in the bigger sizes.

Managed to get DD 2 pairs of sandals for almost half price. Lucky I did, as she's gone up 2 sizes since we last went.
