Looked on Google reverse image and nothing.

Guy advertising his comedy show on Facebook, but in the background is a lovely dress and what I believe to be a shirt/dress/beach cover up type thing. Tried Google image search and can find the dress but not the white shirt type item. Anyone any ideas....

No not really. It's a fairly plain shirt, so you should be able to find something similar.

Cant believe a guy advertising his comedy show has such a scruffy background

It was the detail on the shoulders I like, but if I zoom in and image search that it brings up crockery
