Need a comfy chair- help

I work from home on a sofa and I feel this looks a little unprofessional. The problem is I have always found office chairs to be very uncomfy. Even the ones that are comfy to sit it, I will naturally gravitate elsewhere.

Any idea of a chair that feels like a sofa but looks professional and can go at a desk? I worry an arm chair may look equally unprofessional

I am neurodivergent and I just learned that we struggle with office chairs and dining chairs. It's quite funny becuase I have always just gravitated to working on the floor in a pile of cushions and repel all normal chairs and now I understand why that may be.

Would a wobble cushion help or a sensory wedge to sit on? Maybe a computer chair with arms and squishy cushions behind you? Or firm if preferred. Maybe something to put your feet on?
A beanbag or similar nearby for a break or if you are just reading or making notes?
Is there an option for a seating assessment via work?

There seem to be some options on Amazon but you’d be better trying some chairs first if you can find a stockist.
