Nectar Points/Prices

Up until June my Nectar card benefits whether Nectar Prices (reduced price with Nectar Card) or Nectar Rewards (extra points with purchase of specific item) always included items i regularly purchased.

Since June my offers have been for items ive never bought - eg blueberries which im allergic to , risotto rice ,.rubber gloves.

I contacted Nectar & they've said its due to the fact that my shops are never very large so the system isnt registering what im buying.

Sounds bs to me

Has this happened to anyone else?

On the app, have you ‘liked’ anything by pressing the heart? Most of my offers seem to come from there.

Plus I think as you go around (or click on ‘offers’ on the website) you can see all offers, including stuff you don’t want.

Not that, as I only just noticed upon going in my nearest Sainsbury’s Local, and when I got in the Nectar app, I saw these special prices, clicked on all before scanning my shopping. And was told by staff at the end, that the special prices doesn’t apply in there because it’s not a main store, that’s just absolutely ridiculous! As I said to them so lol I can scan my Nectar card on the app, but I can’t receive these items at the special price on the app.

I just googled, you can collect them at Local stores. Complain!
