The thing is I do find them very polite but the way it is set up is odd. For example, if I wrote to Sarah, John would reply, if I write back to John then Sam would reply and so on and each time I would have to explain the situation! Honestly it has been going on for months! Surely they would be keeping a record of each email conversation we have under the reference provided in the subject header?
Also, why would they advertise a particular type of blind only to send you one that doesnt look anything like the one advertised?
Maybe it is just my luck?
I will be writing to them again to hopefully get a full refund
