Has anyone else had a problem with them?

I ordered some 'relaxed' roman blinds from them 3 months ago but they arrived looking nothing like the picture advertised. I told them this only for them to take another 3 months getting the same thing out to me. I must have emailed 20 people in this 3 month period and have just gone around in circles. Sooo infuriating.

Does anyone know what my rights are?

I’ve only ever had excellent customer service from them. You do have the right to ask for a fix, return or refund under the Consumer Rights Act. If you spent over £100 on a credit card you may be able to get a refund from your card provider under s.75 CCA.

My experience is excellent. I’ve fabric faded within 3 months and they replaced with similar but different so it wouldn’t fade again with no argument. I’m surprised to hear you’re having difficulty. Keep speaking to them but maybe ask to escalate.

I’ve also had amazing service from them. I ordered 3 blinds in completely the wrong size (total baby brain moment). Thankfully I’d taken the measurement insurance for £10 and they were extremely gracious on the phone replacing £400 worth of blinds due to my stupid obvious mistake. We live offshore and they’ve always been very transparent that their usual courier is far more expensive to where we live than other options, and helped arrange the cheaper way.

I’ve used them 3 times over the past couple of years and have found their customer service to be outstanding. They replaced a blind I had measured incorrectly with no quibbles, and have sent out longer control pulls on another occasion. I have always found them easy to contact and fast to respond.

My blinds have always been of good quality and as described.

i would suggest phoning rather than emailing and ask to be escalated to a manager.

The thing is I do find them very polite but the way it is set up is odd. For example, if I wrote to Sarah, John would reply, if I write back to John then Sam would reply and so on and each time I would have to explain the situation! Honestly it has been going on for months! Surely they would be keeping a record of each email conversation we have under the reference provided in the subject header?

Also, why would they advertise a particular type of blind only to send you one that doesnt look anything like the one advertised?

Maybe it is just my luck?

I will be writing to them again to hopefully get a full refund

Hi - sorry to post on an old thread but wondering if there was any resolution to this OP? I was thinking about relaxed roman blinds from them but now wary!
