Before you buy anything from Karen Millen please read all the trustpilot reviews. I returned two separate orders the same day following the same returns process. The seller claims that I ticked a box saying that I wanted a gift voucher instead of a refund on one of the orders. The other order is being refunded to me so they say, not received yet though. Makes me laugh calling it a 'Gift' voucher. They've stolen my money and refuse to refund the money the same way I paid for it
