Just read reviews about a company I have placed two orders with online for clothes.
I received email saying dispatch was delayed. Would be another 10 days on top of the 5 I have waited already: Now having read reviews seems they do this to everyone and don’t fulfil the orders, promises of refunds don’t materialise. etc. so I don’t think my items will arrive. Has anyone got any good tips or steps to take to resolve this? Thanks.
