Hiya,

I've been looking for a settee and came across the Brixton in Sofology.
I've seen some negative reviews about Sofology so wanted to ask if anyone has the Brixton sofa and what are their sofa's like in general.

Thanks in advance ☺️

They're part of DFS. So overpriced and awful customer service if anything goes wrong.
I'm in the market for a new couch and have ruled them out. Not that I've found the right one yet! It's difficult when it's such a big spend isn't it.

I have 2 sofas from sofology. Love them both!
one Adler and one Hygge. Both fabulous. Had them about a year… no issues yet!

I had a 3 DFS sofas prior to this and all had different faults so had to return them.
had a sofa from Next.. also returned due to a saggy bottom Smile

And each Sofology sofa was no more expensive than anything else I’d seen from Next, DFS and Furniture village etc

people rave about Ikea sofas but we didn’t like any of them

Don’t do it we’ve got the Radleigh recliner sofa and we’ve had no end of problems they ended up giving us £200 back as a goodwill gesture for all the issues. We’ve had it less than a year. Was not happy to find out that they are part of the same company as DFS and the exact same sofa under a different name in DFS was £400 less.
