Misleading Marketplace advert

I spotted an advert for a nice chest of drawers on Facebook Marketplace. It stated condition: used - like new, one small chip.
We arrived to pick up when it was getting dark; the chest of drawers was already waiting in the drive together with a young couple selling it. I tried the drawers - they seemed to be working. Did not notice anything in the poor light, paid money and collected the purchase.

Only when we got it in, we noticed how scruffy it was, covered in thick dust; two of the 6 drawers were broken and the unit had lots of scuffs.
My husband fixed the drawers, I spent an hour cleaning it and we put it in the bedroom. The next day I opened the drawers and the smell of vapes filled the room. I opened drawers and all windows for the whole day to no avail. I am allergic to the smell of vapes, seriously!
What can I do about it now? I can't live with this smelly chest of drawers! The smell would penetrate any clothes put in this chest. I want the seller take it back and return the money. Sadly, the advert has been removed from the Marketplace, but I took a screenshot of it. Any ideas?

Nothing you can do. Chalk it up to experience and be careful in future. Either resell it or throw it in the skip

Take it outside and take the drawers out.

Scrub the whole thing with hot soapy water with a bit of bio soap

Repeat. Try and keep it outside for a few days.

Close drawers with a bowl of baking soda inside

Line with scented drawer liners
