Ocado Star Reviewer- why isn’t it working?

Hello, I received an email where it states to tap a product listed and it’ll be added to my food shop for free if I review it etc.

But when I press add to my basket, the price is still in there and it’s not free?

Does anyone know how I do this please? Thank you!

when it goes to the product is there a voucher on it saying the amount you will get off? It normally comes off as a voucher at the end.
alternatively look in your coupons and see if it’s listed there.

Oh I did it! Three bags of sweets and a £35 bottle of gin! Which was nice.

I am wondering if this is a one off or if I will be sent more things to review!?
