Pyjamas shorts that don't ride up

My pyjama shorts feel the right size when I'm up. But during the night ride up and give me a wedgie. Are there better pyjama shorts out there? I don't want a night shirt or nightie.

They’re going to ride up as you wriggle about. Maybe tight ones wouldn’t - or thicker ones. But you won’t want that in summer and they’ll all do it to some extent
