Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced laptop that I can order for speedy delivery from Amazon?

It’s for my daughter whose laptop broke last night and desperately needs one for her job. Her current one is Lenovo and cost £800 but has broken twice in the two years that she’s had it!

My sister got a laptop today from cash converters for £50.
You could try going there.
Even as a quick fix untill you can get new.

If she needs it for work do they not supply?

Try lap tops direct. They have some good deals.

Does she need Microsoft office? If not I recommend a Chromebook. Super fast and super cheap. Any Microsoft laptop that’s half decent (not really slow) will be 600£+ unless you consider buying second hand or refurbished.

Go up to Currys or Carphone Warehouse and have a look about at what you look and then go on BackMarket website or similar and get it cheaper on there x

Thanks for all the ideas. Happily, after the panic it seems hers can be repaired. I think she might get a second cheap one as back up though and will show her this thread. She is a barrister with all her court cases on there so definitely can’t be without one for long!
