Stylish but comfortable backpack for work - Osprey/Coach/Bellroy/Nordace?

I’ve got a neck issue and I just can’t use a nice leather tote for my laptop anymore but I really don’t like sporty backpacks with work clothes so I was thinking leather or at least a sleek shape but I’m unsure of what to go with. I found this Osprey leather backpack (first pic) but I’ve realised it’s not the Osprey backpack brand I know but ‘Osprey London’ and their pricing seems a bit scammy (it’s listed as ‘discounted’ to £185 on their website but just listed at that price on other sites without any sale which makes the sale seem fake, anyone know this brand?).
I don’t want black as I wouldn’t love it when I’m wearing tan leather/brown/navy but if I go with a tan or chesnut it might be a bit tricky to match it with my existing tan leather boots/clothes etc so maybe a dark brown is best as it’s different enough. I quite like how the dark brown Osprey is dark enough to not stand out if I’m wearing black that day.
Annoyingly most of the bags I like seem to have silver hardware as they’re aimed at men whereas I prefer gold hardware but the ones aimed at women seem to be really dinky with thin straps and sometimes silly details (what’s with the little dog on Radley backpacks for example?).
I work for a nonprofit, mostly from home these days but need to look reasonably professional for meetings, my work style tends to either be wide leg trousers and trainers with a shirt/blazer (ME + EM type of style) or boots and maxi dress (have a lot of Boden dresses). I’m tall and love a nice long trench or wool coat but I wonder if the long coats go particularly badly with backpacks?
anyway, sorry for the long post but any tips/brands appreciated, ideally not looking to spend more than £200 - thanks! 🙏

I find Briggs & Riley bags very good, although the zips etc are silver. I think backpacks look fine with any kind of coat - not as fussy as messenger/cross-body bags etc. London Luggage has 10% off them at the moment.
