After months of trying this to turn off unsolicited SMS messages I've had to ring them to try and get them to stop. I never had SMS ticked on my communication options anyway. Anyone else had the same problems?
Either this opt out method doesn't work... or they deliberately ignore customer requests to stop sending unwanted SMS messages.
