Hi, just wanted some advice really. I'm about to buy a pramette (M&P) or micralite toro but wanted to know if the carrycot comes in useful or not. We wont be living at home for the first few weeks for various reasons so will need either a carrycot or moses basket for the baby to sleep in to start with anyway. Would we find it useful to be able to put the baby straight onto the pram chassis in the carrycot or will it be good enough just to be able to attach the carseat? and can you attach a carseat to the pliko pramette or not? thanks a lot

I've got the toro - but didn't get the cot (ds was 6mths when we got it) It is fab though and great thet you can use the maxi cosi isofix base in the car (or just the regular seatbelt base) so no faffing about everytime you put the car sear in the car, you just click it in and out, and click it on and off the chassis.

We have a pramette and our baby slept in there for the first 3 weeks or so because he didn't like his cot (too big I think) and I didn't want to buy a moses basket. It was fine. We didn't have a carrycot that you attach on, it was just the pramette in the pram mode if you see what I mean. A carseat could be attached, but only the M&P one, which we didn't buy. Not sure if that answers your question though....
