Would appreciate advice from anyone who has been in a similar situation.
Purchased an item online (picture) wasn't suitable and returned in line with the shops return policy.
Refund has been delayed, originally they advised they couldn't trace the item (returned via DPD and tracked). They then managed find the item, this was four weeks ago but still no refund.
Every time I ring up and chase they say the refund will be with me by the end of the week but it never is.
I have no doubt the refund won't be received by the end of this week.
I am fed up with being fobbed off. I am going to ring again tomorrow but I know they will just say it is going through.
Is there anything I can do, I paid on my credit card and I have given them my bank details as they said it was too complicated to refund back to the card.
Would appreciate any advice in terms of getting my money back.
