Ocado account has been deactivated

I would like to know everyone experience with the ocado account being deactivated. I was trying to place an order however my account was deactivated. K have Facebook message them however no help. I would just like to know who to contact. Also has anyone experienced this

How long is it since you used it? I've only ever used them a few times and not at all between October 2022 and September 2024 and my account remains active.

As for help with it, contacting them directly through the website would seem the most obvious thing to do.

Or you could just sign up again? A bonus if you did that is that you might get new customer offers.

They have a number and live chat that is open to 11pm or midnight so a while after you posted. Why not contact them?
