Hoping someone can help, I don’t even know if why I am looking for even exists!! I need some new bras but quite particular about what I’m after, I like a small amount of padding or memory foam (can’t stand bras without other you can tell when it’s a bit nippy 🤣). Ideally in white or skin colour and I like padded straps but everything I’ve tried the straps don’t go tight enough at all and then it’s not supportive!! I’ve tried this which I like but like I say the straps don’t go tight enough

They're called t-shirt bras.
As for the padded straps, they will never go tight because they're designed to be gentle.
It's one of the other I'm afraid.

Are you sure you're buying the correct size bra? Perhaps you need to size down in the back and up in the cup.

InjuryMyArse · 18/06/2025 14:21

As above pp. It's the band that should be doing the heavy work, not the straps.

DancefloorAcrobatics · 18/06/2025 14:25

Go for minimizer bras, better fit & straps.

I second checking size.

ChandrilanDiscoDroid · 18/06/2025 14:26

Yeah, you're probably wearing the wrong size. The majority of the work is done by the back band.

Go and get fitted at Bravissimo if you have one anywhere near.

Look up ‘Boob or bust’ for measuring, it will help you get the right size. I was WAY off!!!!
