Wedding outfit to cover tattoos

I’m at a loss. I ordered a dress from Nobody’s Child and it looks ridiculous on me: www.nobodyschild.com/products/black-floral-marti-mini-dress-d253471blk?variant=54105593119105&utm_source=NMPi&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=PaidSearch&gclsrc=aw.ds&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=19541476977&gbraid=0AAAAADQCJIW_0zrbLcwvztMVC8ME2VB9H&gclid=CjwKCAjwx8nCBhAwEiwA_z__03HAOTYNz1TIr0xUS-tuCq3OMyZ-sNIOFk2UN7hHBLFGj5KT43NL5xoCTcYQAvD_BwE

I need a dress for a summer wedding that covers both my left arm and right shoulder blade, as that’s where my ugly tattoos are. I really dislike them (they were a mistake I made when I was younger) and I’d prefer to keep them covered. I’m open to dresses and nice jackets, but ideally, I’d love to find a beautiful dress that does the job on its own.

I’m a size 8, but I get really bloated due to IBS, so I don’t like super tight or fitted clothes.

I’m naturally dark blonde with blue eyes and don’t like very colourful pieces. My budget is up to £200. TIA
