Phil & Teds: Pannier bags?

MumTo3Boyz · 23/05/2008 09:45

I bought a gorgeous Phil & teds in Camo Blue on Monday and have been debating whether or not to buy the pannier bags for it.
I like the idea of them more than the rucksack. Do they hold much? I was thinking of using 1 to put the double rain cover in.

Are they worth getting and does anyone know of anywhere thats sells them cheap?

Thanks

They are quite annoying and bulky but with 2 kids in the buggy I have nowhere else to put the raincover

they are a bit bulky but so handy, I have one set up as a changing bag and the other I use for the raincover and shopping. Mine were £29.99 from Glasgow Pram centre

Someone local to me has offered me hers for £20 (just waiting for her to get back to me now- dont have a very good feeling about it though)

Hi,
My double rain cover I keep in the bottom of the pushchair & it still folds with it in. I've got the paniers ( bought off Ebay )but haven't used them much. I bought baby links from the elc www.elc.co.uk/toy-41946?&pg_age_id=2 for £4 which I hang off the handle for my shopping. The invaluable thing I did get was a phil & teds bum bag for the handle with holders for two drinks & a very spaceous double pocket

they're brilliant. especially because the bottom storage thing is absolutely crap after a while and drags on the floor if you put more than a feather in it...

fairy15 · 28/05/2008 19:42

get some for sure! its amazing how much you can stuff in them.

MumTo3Boyz · 29/05/2008 16:42

Yay Ive got some- just need to figure out how to put them on!!

Th eones I have bought have E3 on them but my pushchair is a Sport- will it make any difference?

Thanks
