Does anyone know where Sarah Pascoe’s top is from?

Do you have any more details? Sleeve length? Is it a top or a dress?

I managed to get Google lens to recognise what it was looking g for by just selecting part of it but I didn't manage to get the right combination of fabric (pleated) neckline and sleeve type.

That's a different fabric and doesn't have the big sleeve cuffs or the neck pleats.
