i have recently received the best customer service i've ever heard of so i thought i would share.
i'm 37 1/2 weeks pregnant and i have severe SPD so am on crutches and can't really leave the house. i ordered a belly casting kit and decorating set from this website, as well as an extra decorating kit for the cast i've already done for my son 2 years ago.
long story short(ish) the local lady owner rang me to see if i'd noticed that her shop is not very far away and to save myself the £5 shipping did i want to come pick it up instead. i hadn't noticed how close she was but explained that i couldn't pick it up due to my SPD.
so she dropped it off at my house!!! after a few phone calls to make arrangements she brought it to me this morning after taking her kids to school nearby.
i just think this is quite extraordinary and not many shop owners would go to the trouble so if anyone is looking at buying this type of product (she does some other personalised stuff too i think) please have a look!!!
