My wedding - c section belly dress?

Style help please! I’m getting married next month, and very excited. Large but low key evening ceremony / party then the next day a picnic in local park with any of guests who fancy it. Games, snacks etc. However I will be 6 months post partum, and none of my clothes fit, especially with big c section overhang. I’m 43, tall, blonde, about size 18 now but hourglass/bit pear shaped with quite big boobs, massive butt/thighs and a smaller waist. I used to wear 40s/50s style dresses from trashy diva / palava / house of foxy etc a lot to accentuate the waist to hip ratio but they don’t work on the apron belly! Day to day now I’m in beyond nine barrel trousers and a shirt or Lucy and yak jumpsuits cos they skim over it. But I’m totally lost on what style of summer dress to buy for the picnic! My wife to be is fit, slim and androgynous so will be in chic trousers and shirt she can run and also look great in, I have no clue what to get in style or what shop. Any help please? What works over this belly?? I’d like to feel a bit glam summer picnic style!

I should say my wedding dress itself is a line with more of corset bones bodice low cut and small off shoulder straps. French lace.

the 40/50s style sounds fab. What if you went up a size? would the full skirt then hide the tummy?
If it was a style you felt good in them you'll probably feel comfortable in it.

Would some good undies help? Not easy for playing games maybe...
