what's the difference?
how much does it matter?
any pushchair nutters out there know?

No difference really.
New one:
Slightly different tyre tread pattern
Wrist strap fitted differently (better on the old one)
Little guards on the clips which you use to fold it

If the old one is any cheaper go for it.

There were quite a few changes from the 2004 to the 2005 models but hardly anything since.
