While looking for info about this company (e.g their UK address) I came across an old thread here. It seems lots of people had trouble back then, so I'm posting again.
I found them by looking online and stupidly didn't check reviews. When the swimsuit came it bore no relation to the description or the online photo.
Unlike some previous unlucky mumsnetters, at least I've had some responses from them; but mostly silly suggestions and discount 'offers' and 'options'. Anything except a full refund.
However I persisted and have finally been offered a return address - but to the USA. đŸ™„Ridiculous! Postage will cost nearly as much as the swim suit. Which is presumably what they are banking on.
I have told them that I am entitled to a refund and will return it to their UK depot or warehouse. They must have one. I'm waiting for a response though I don't hold out much hope.
I wish I'd used PayPal.
Is anyone still grappling with this company?
