Anyone else bought mop pro system only ro find the velcro comes off and it is useless? I asked for a refund and was told as you used it (what else would I do with it just look at it!!??) Then I can't return it.
Obviously this contravenes the law so reported to trading standards and will try and get money &costs back via small claims but is this just me being unlucky or has anyone else had a similar experience? It just feels like companies do what they want now.
