I am undecided between them...
Induction
Pros - less chemical health issues, easier cleaning, discreet appearance (we have an open plan, so blending in the background is ideal)
Cons - We have a 32amp circuit, but it needs a 33amp (though my electrician says it's not going to be a problem unless I want to use all the cooker tops and ovens switched on at the same time)
Dual-fuel
Pros - I am used to cooking on a gas cook top, less running cost, it needs only a 22 amp, so I can use all the cooker tops and ovens at the same time if I want (thought it would be rare), I can still cook during a power cut
Cons - health hazard (it produces dangerous chemicals even when it is not in use, and this might not be good, as we have an open plan)
Can anyone help me decide which one to go for...?
