Has anyone used a Kiddy Board on an Out n About - Instep 3-wheeler pushchair?

I'm thinking of getting one for my petite 5 year old to occasionally ride on during our walk to and from school.

We are moving house and we'll be further away from school. How well does it fit? Will I have to walk awkwardly with the pushchair when it is fitted on?

I had one saved my life but to be honest I think a 5 year old would be too big (don't think they're supposed to be used for a child that old so may be unsafe and may knacker your pushchair).

My twins are 4 and I got rid of it a year ago as they were too big and winging to use it when they should have been walking. If she's really petite and not a winger you may get away with it.

Oh - she's a whinger!! But she's about 35lbs and they say they can be used up to 44lbs - I figure it might do for the next year until she can cycle or go on a tag-along or at least ride her scooter for more than 5 metres. She's not the best walker in the world. Maybe I could use it in the afternoons when she is more tired.

I would start getting her used to her scooter now, or her own bike with stabilisers, how far is she going to have to walk?

1.4 miles. We currently do 0.4 miles.
