I have had mine for 2 and 1/2 years, use it daily and have never had a puncture!

You must be much more careful than me (or do you not let DH handle it?)I've had 6 in 9 months - maybe theres a fault with tyre..

DH never goes near it, I have to bribe him to push it

I have one and have never had a puncture, but I filled the tyres with Slime. You can get it from Halfords and if you get a puncture the slime fills it in so your tyre doesn't go down. Well I think that's how it works! HERE

we had one puncture once (nightmare)

since then DB filled the tyres with stuff (I assume slime above) so if we ever got another puncture it would fix itself

SniffyHock · 19/05/2008 18:33

Def use slime - I think we had a similar stuff called Goo!

VanillaPumpkin · 19/05/2008 18:34

You may be putting too much air in the tyres?

JoshandJamie · 19/05/2008 21:15

Mine did. EVen with slime. I gave up eventually. Think I think in a very thorny area

MuffinMclay · 19/05/2008 21:23

I've had 3 in the past week (all from seeds). Think I'll have to try the slime.

If you haven't tried the slime yet, you can also buy kevlar tape at most bike stores to tape inside the tyres. We used this with our mountain buggy and have never had a puncture since (over a year).
