Amazon delivery problems today

Has anyone had problems today with Amazon deliveries.

I have 2 separate parcels due today, messages online read..

1. Apparently there is a problem with the address and it has been returned to amazon. 2. A problem occurred during delivery.!

Lived here forever, amazon parcels on a regular basis, postie knows me well! Is this just me 😲, or is anyone else having this issue? It just seems weird to get two problems on one day! Thanks meantime

I had a grocery through amazon delivery say it was being delivered soon then announce it couldn't be delivered. They didn't even try, I was sitting close to the front door.

Requested a refund, and re ordered, and that one worked, but it as the first time it has happened and I could see he was on his way on the map, so baffled as to what happened. And then they take days to refund....
