Back in February I purchased 'barely worn' new balance trainers, they arrived and were stained yellow so I clicked i have an issue and was told to return, which I did, somewhere along the line the courier lost said trainers, contacted binted, told to wait 25 working days, thought stuff that and opened a claim with the bank, anyway vinted finally admitted the trainers had gone missing, and agreed to refund, great, that meant the bank getting the money back they had given me, no not as simple as that, vinted wouldn't process the refund as there was a claim open, so I asked the bank to close the claim, which the did, vinted wanted official proof, sent them it over 20 times at this point and they just keep dodging my requests for the refund to be made, said yesterday that they needed to see bank statements from 21/4 onwards, sent them and have been ignored, actually they sent an email saying your accounts been unlocked, issue resolved, eh no it's not resolved, where do I go from here? Spent weeks going round in circles for these cowboys
