Green tea versus normal, 'black' tea- caffeine content?

Anyone know how they compare? DH is not good with caffeine after lunchtime (really!) and has bought some green tea but is scared of drinking it in the evening due to its caffeine content- apparently. Anyone know anything about it?

Green tea has a very low caffeine content, I never worry about drinking it any time of the day, I won't drink coffee or Pepsi Max after about 1pm though (I don't drink black tea).

He might also like to try Roiboos tea, which I think is caffeine free.

I was going to say all I drink is green tea & it has never given me any problems .
