I have ‘sold’ two items on Vinted this week that are both bulky. I have taken them to separate shops that take the different couriers but the shopkeepers have refused to take the parcels as they say their lockers are too small and the couriers will only take small packages from stores. I’ve contacted the buyers to ask them to select a different postage option but what do I do or what have I done wrong? I selected Large when listing the size of the parcel. Is there a way of proceeding without cancelling the sale and relisting?
