Try Next's petite range, if you're lucky they might still have sale stuff about.....

I'm trying to think of other stores that have a petite range - but as I'm 5'11" and an 18/20 I tend to be concentrating on the opposite end!

thanks serenity its also nice to see im not the only one who has problems finding clothes it seems o me that you have to be between 5ft3 and 5ft5 with a perfect figure to find reasonable priced clothing

Matalan and New Look - you sound just like me (5ft, jogging bottoms and baggy tops LOL) I've just bought myself

4 new cardigans/jumpers
2 pairs of jean type trousers
1 'smart' black trousers
4 long sleeve tops

for about £70!

my mother brought me a gorgous top for christmas it was a cardigan and top in one (front panel of the top sown into a cardigan)it was red and if i do say so my self classy and goes well with most things but cant find it no where in another color do you know if place like matalan still do the seperates (matching cardigan and top)and do you think i should be dareing by trying different colors like pinks (light not shocking) or do you think i should stick to my blues blacks and reds which i know suites me

Not sure - I don't 'do' the matching cardigans etc.

However, as for colours - I've deliberately been buying colours I "don't" wear for the simple reason that I've been living in frumpy stuff so long I don't really KNOW what 'is' me anymore.

I basically lived in baggy jogging bottoms, and an assortment of baggy T-shirts from Bon Marche, had one pair of (old) smarter black trouesr which I paired with 'boring' coloured (and shaped) tops. So I decided to buy things that were completely different
