Vinted log in and bank details

My Vinted app logged itself out yesterday and is saying wrong password (it isn’t)
I requested password reset several times, but haven’t received the reset email
I’ve contacted them but they’ve asked for screenshots from my bank account showing Vinted payment AND my bank account number
Does this sound right?
I’m a bit dubious

Have you checked your spam folder to see if the reset email is going there?

Did you contact Vinted through their website or did you Google and use some random thing that came up?
