We're very quick to say when we get bad service so I thought I'd post about some really good service I got, for a change. I tried to load the iTunes download on my Dell laptop yesterday and had a problem. Called Dell, got through straightaway and got a very helpful technician. He directed me to a website which then gave him access to my laptop and he sorted out the problem in minutes. It was a bit weird watching someone else 'drive' my computer (and a bit embarrassing to know that he could view my screen and was probably laughing at my David Tennant wallpaper) but it was such an easy way to resolve my problem.
