Ordered a couple of dresses to try at home
for a special event - £145 and £115 respectively. Neither of them work. It said when I bought them it would cost around £4 to return items - fine. Gone on returns site and it’s saying I’ll be refunded £127 and £101. So £18 and £14. Is this normal/fair?

It doesn't feel fair, but what's in the T&Cs?

That doesn't sound right, it says on their website that returns via their portal cost £2 per parcel so yours should cost max £4 if the dresses came in separate parcels. I think you need to follow it up with customer service to see what is happening.

thanks both. Yes I’ve filled in the returns form as I don’t want to miss the deadline but I’ve emailed them separately to ask if it’s a mistake.

Did you have a voucher that was applied to the order?

Can you say what email address you have used, I cant seem to contact them, tried 3 ways and each time its undeliverable
