hi ladies , can anyone recommend a supportive bra in cotton ? I’m 36F . i like a full cup minimiser but my regular bras are made of polyamide and elastane and don’t absorb sweat at all. it’s disgustingly uncomfortable as soon as the weather heats up, i need to change my bra half way through the day . i can’t stand another sweaty summer with sore under boobs . please help . thanks

Hi I sympathise as I'm a 38 K

I use the cotton pull on bras from Amazon, they come in different colours. I can't stand hooks and eyes.
They are comfy but don't give great support.

With regard to sweating I use my roll on deodorant on the underneath the boobs area that gets wet and sweaty.

To absorb the sweat I put a sock under each boob , the toe part facing towards the middle of chest, this mops up some of it, use cotton socks.
Or any cotton fabric folded and popped in there
held in place by the bra under band.

I do dread hot days though as can't wear little scrappy tops due to size of boobs.
There's chub tub too but that's another story...

Oh and one other thing, the sweaty underboob can get sore and infected and smelly.

As soon as it gets red, pat on athletes foot powder to sore areas.
I was told by a doctor it's the same fungus that feet and sweaty boobs have.

Athletes foot powder works wonders. Better than any cream I've tried.

M&S do non-wired cotton bras up to a K cup (although they do come up slightly small). Bonus is they cost about £20 each.
