Veja trainers sizing

Hi - I’ve read quite a few different size chart guides online about the sizing of Veja trainers (in particular the campo style); some are advising to size up and others down. Ideally yes it would be better to try on before buying, but I live fairly rurally and would rather order online. Can any Veja wearers advise please? I’m usually in between a uk 4 and uk 5. And would you recommend them generally? TIA! :)

I agree with sizing up. I have two styles, both in a 7 and I am a 6 1/2 normally. They fit fine but there isn't a huge amount of room.
