My friend from work went to one, and got loads of stuff. That was in Clapham too. I am especially envious of her purse.

AS it happens hoxty and I were talking about it over children's tea today (pink doughnuts featured prominently) and decided that we couldn't be bothered because (a) it was in Clapham which is a bit of a trek and (b) it would be full of scary Wandsworth yummy mummies and would be a complete bunfight.

I did go, was bit of a hassle as there were incredibly train delays into Waterloo but eventually got there by about 7 and was told there was no way that I'd get inside as the line was so incredibly long! Not quite to the highstreet. I was gutted, and went promptly home.....

think trick is to go during day with no kids

i went yesterday pm with dd2. it was quite quiet, no queues and loads of stuff. Amazing how much people buy!
