Just sent items back to Boden with free delivery wondering if I've been a bit foolish.

The items came to £115,put them in the box and put free sticker on. Am I right in thinking I'd only be covered for £30ish if box went missing???

It would have come to £8 if I'd gone with Parcel Force

Never had any problems before returning to Boden. With free postage you just stick the label on and don't really think about it,got proof of postage.

I would think it would be covered - hadn't considered the value before when I've returned stuff ! was it all not nice or wrong sizes ? [nosy emoticon]

It was kids stuff, all wrong sizes my twins are the inbetween size now. I tend to order 2 of sizes then send the non fitting stuff back but wondering if this is wise.

DP has just said that I should be ok if it goes missing as Boden have chosen the type of postage. Hope he's right
